During the first part of this activity we will take some time to chat and connect. This will also be a great time to frame up our meditation experience, discuss basic meditation principles and set an intention for the practice. The second part of the activity will be the practice portion. We will use a mix of walking and seated meditation practices. These practices will be paired with the beautiful Little Dell wilderness to help give participants the ultimate feeling of calm and connection. In the last part of this experience we will take some time to reflect upon the practice and discuss some different ways in which we would like to apply the techniques learned, to our daily lives.
